When participants create a plan to immediately apply skills developed in the program the likelihood of transferring skills to the workplace increases.
This live session prepares the participants to create a personal change plan that serves as their commitment to application.
Participants will present their draft change plans for their selected area of opportunity within a team or organization. Participants will receive competency-based feedback on change plans and make adjustments as necessary.
