Successfully applying new skills is the only way the benefits of those skills are realized. The ELC Level 2 Coaching Workshops offer a safe environment to road test skills while receiving actionable feedback. Experiencing the coaching process as the coach, coachee, and observer helps to increase the transfer of skills to the real world.
Each workshop will begin with one full group coaching demonstration to model specific competencies.
Participant groups of three will complete the coaching exercises while rotating through roles of coach, coachee, and observer with the facilitator observing each group as needed. The full class will return to the main room to debrief the exercises.
Each workshop will end with a debrief and skill refinement as appropriate to the class needs.
